Does Study on Exercise and Depression Miss the Mark?

A recent study reveals that exercise may not provide the relief from depression that has been assumed for years.  I don't know what to think. At first blush the results don't make sense to me. Are you working on a long-term project and juggling a thousand things, trying to get them all done at once. Slow down!

I'm on an extended job hunt and while there are a million things I could do on a given day, many of them great ideas, trying to do too many in a given day or week just slows the whole thing down. It's a bit like multi-tasking.

So slow down, take a breathe, and focus if you want to go faster in the long run.
